...the team was off to play in the state baseball tournament for the first time in the little town of Centralia’s history. Excitement was in the air and the buzz of voices in the bus drowned out the coach who had started to sing, “Put Me in Coach, I’m Ready to Play.” The coach decided to take a short cut and that is when things started to get very strange.
